review our refund policy below.

Returns:

We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if this is not the case,
we will ensure that your returns are handled efficiently and promptly.

  • You can return any unwanted items within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • The return postage costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable method to
    return your items.
  • Email us at acltextiles@gmail.com with your name, order number, details of the goods you
    are returning, the reason for return, and whether you want a replacement or a refund.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in ‘AS NEW’ condition. Goods should be
    complete, unused, and undamaged, and must be re-packaged as received.
  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns of unwanted and non-faulty items
    after 14 days will not be accepted.

Faulty / Damaged Goods:

  • If you receive goods that are faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt at
    acltextiles@gmail.com.
  • Depending on the item and the damage, we may arrange for the collection of the faulty or
    damaged goods or require a photo of the damage.

Incorrect Goods:

Order Cancellation:

  • You can request to cancel your order before it is shipped. We will do our best to cancel the
    order and process a full refund.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, follow the instructions for returning orders.
  • You must inform us in writing via email at acltextiles@gmail.com. We do not accept
    cancellations by phone.
  • You must organize the return of unwanted items at your expense and risk. Return authorization
    is valid for up to 14 days only. Goods sent back without prior returns authorization will be
    returned to you at your cost.

Refund:

  • To qualify for a refund, items must be in a re-saleable condition: undamaged, in their original
    packaging, unworn, and complete with all tags and labels attached.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items not returned in re-saleable condition. Goods
    returned in an unsatisfactory condition may be sent back to you at your expense.
